All Heart is a colorful visualization where we draw heart energy to all of the energy centers. A beautiful way to enjoy vibrant aliveness. We will begin with Connect the Dots - visualizing energy centers - followed by Being Glow, adding a few energy centers, and exploring the qualities of each center. The deep relaxation and openness brought on by the Connect & Glow practice helps the release of patterns of tension, and supports personal growth. This self-healing technique is suitable for beginning as well as seasoned practitioners. Art: "Creation" Iris Sullivan

Memories

Lummi Island Congregational Church, 3913 Legoe Bay Road, Lummi Island WA 98262

Cellist Nick Strobel will join composer and pianist Kate Moody in a benefit concert honoring Kate's life-long friend, Paula Gaines. Kate and Paula spent their younger years together in Berkeley, California, and remained friends when Paula and her family moved to the family homestead on West Shore Drive, Lummi Island in the '60s. "When Paula died (October 15, 2022) one of my first thoughts was to honor her memory with a concert of her favorite pieces," said Kate. On the program are works by Debussy, Richard Shindell, The Incredible String Band, and Kate's own pieces, including "Friday Nights," a suite for cello and piano that will feature Bellingham cellist Nick Strobel. Donations will be taken at the door; proceeds benefit the Lummi Island Fire Department and the Michael J. Fox Foundation.

Join Kate Moody and Nick Strobel for a concert of Kate's Mystical Romantic music, with influences from the 19th century Romantic period (Chopin, Brahms, Schumann), from Kate's. studies of spiritual philosophy - with a dash of Impressionism and jazz. Included on the program are solo piano pieces, songs of spirit and love, and "Friday Nights," a three-movement piece featuring Nick on cello. $20/$10 students at the door.
