A Seasonal Liturgy

I have been working on this book (in various iterations) off and on for nearly twenty years. It is the book I wish I had when I was (consciously) starting out on my spiritual path. It contains a lot of the techniques and strategies I've discovered that help me have a life grounded in joy no matter what is going on with circumstances and conditions.

A Seasonal Liturgy offers instructions for a series of practices that guide the reader to inner connection and well-being while giving commentary on living life guided by spiritual principles. Central to A Seasonal Liturgy is the Connect & Glow™ meditation. Connect & Glow is inspired by ancient Eastern wisdom and modern quantum physics, and grew out of experiments with visualizing the energetic stimulation of the limbic center of the brain in an effort to heal depression. It has gone way beyond that as a path of personal growth and well-being, addressing topics such as forgiveness, releasing anxiety, inner guidance, and more. This self-healing technique is suitable for beginning as well as seasoned practitioners. and will be welcomed by the growing spiritual not religious population as well as spiritual centers and leaders that wish to serve all seekers.
The instructions in the book are for twelve "pillar" meditations, listed in the Table of Contents, below. (I have developed nearly fifty meditations over the years; a manual of most of those should be expected soon.)
